Sandusky County Public Health (SCPH) works to protect and improve the health of those who live, work and play in Sandusky County, Ohio. This is achieved by promoting healthy lifestyles, preventing injury and detecting and preventing infectious diseases. Sandusky County Public Health provides educational outreach programs, clinics, recommending policy and system change to improve population health, while working to limit health disparities. Sandusky County Public Health is dedicated to promoting healthcare equity, quality and accessibility.

Charlotte Stoneroock

Charlotte Stonerock is employed by the Sandusky County Board of Health as the Health Education Coordinator and Supervisor of the Health Planning and Education Division. She also serves as the Coordinator for the Prevention Partnership Coalition and for the COP-RCORP grant in Sandusky County. Charlotte has a B.A. in Social Work/Family Community Services from the University of Toledo and is an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant. Charlotte has over 20 years of experience working in communities focusing on adults/youth involved in at-risk behaviors; and is responsible for supporting her coalition by assessing local conditions; and developing and implementing prevention strategies, while actively engaging community members.

Jim Posey

Jim Posey is employed by Sandusky County Public Health as a Health Educator in the Health Planning and Education Division. Jim has a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University and has his Associate of Arts from Owens Community College. He has 6 years of experience working in communities focusing on adults/youth involved in at-risk behaviors, mental health awareness, and Narcan education. He is responsible for supporting his coalition by assessing local conditions; and developing and implementing prevention strategies, while actively engaging community members. Jim currently provided prevention programing in Sandusky County and is an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant.

Jamie Belcher

Jamie Belcher has an Associate Degree in Social Work from Terra State Community College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Promotion and Education with a concentration in Community Health from the University of Cincinnati. Jamie is a Certified Heath Education Specialist (CHES) and an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant (OCPC). She has been working in the field of prevention for over 10 years with tobacco prevention and cessation as one main focus of her work. Jamie is in charge of Workforce Development for the COP-RCORP grant in Sandusky County, she also provides guidance, support, and supervision to those who are seeking prevention credentialing.
