Increasing Capacity

The other seven core activities inevitably lead to increased capacity at the local level. By leveraging existing connections, strategically planning for the future, building workforce capacity and ensuring these changes are sustainable, local capacity for addressing substance use and other problems increases through skill building and community learning.
